Yes, deleting your account will permanently lose access to your account features, preferences and more. If you wish to maintain access until the end of your current subscription period, we recommend cancelling your account first.
A few things to note if you decide to delete your Homeschool+ account:
- If your membership is currently active, please make sure to cancel your account. Following cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once this period concludes, you can then proceed with requesting data deletion.
- You cannot undo your deletion request once it's confirmed.
- Once your account is permanently deleted, you must sign up for a new account if you want to use Homeschool+ again.
Preferred Deletion Process:
After cancelling your account, please fill out the appropriate data deletion form based on your location:
- If you are a resident of California, please fill out this form.
- For all other U.S. residents, please fill out this form.
- If you are outside of the U.S., please fill out this form.
Please note that this form is for Consumer Privacy Requests only. This form is NOT intended for cancelling subscriptions. You may cancel your account at any time within the My Account page or the third-party service you subscribed through. Instructions can be found by clicking here.
Completion of Deletion Request:
Once you have filled out all the required information in the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a verification email; please respond to ensure completion of the request.
You will receive a confirmation email when your deletion request has been processed.
Lost Email Access:
If you cannot remember which email is associated with your account or no longer have access to it, please contact us and our Customer Care team will assist with updating the email on file.
