If you’re billed through Homeschool+ and would like to cancel your subscription (steps may vary for subscribers billed through a third-party):
- Log in to your account via the app or on the Homeschool+ website.
- Click/tap the profile name at the top of your screen.
- Select the Account Settings gear icon.
- Select the Parent Setting panel located on the Account Settings Homepage.
- Select the Cancel Membership hyperlink located at the bottom of the page.
- From there, follow the on-screen instructions to end your Homeschool+ membership.
- When you finish the cancellation process, the page should read, "Your Homeschool+ membership has been cancelled."
NOTE: This is the only way to cancel your account and end your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the Homeschool+ app doesn't cancel your account.
Once you're done, you’ll also receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this email for your records.
You’ll continue to have access to Homeschool+ until the end of your current billing cycle and will not be charged moving forward.
Please note: All Homeschool+ subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable. We do not grant refunds, prorated or full, for subscriptions.
